Dr. Leidecker is a Board-Certified pediatrician who currently practices at Kids First Pediatrics of Raleigh. She is Medical Director of the nine-provider practice that has two locations across Wake and Johnston Counties. For the past ten years, she has been instrumental in standardizing workflows and championing quality improvement initiatives to serve the practice’s mission of providing the highest quality healthcare for each child that enters the door, regardless of what insurance they have or how they look.

Dr. Leidecker completed her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, and received her medical degree from The University of Houston Health Science Center in Houston Texas. She completed her pediatric residency and chief residency at the Medical College of Ohio, in Toledo Ohio. She practiced pediatrics at a private practice in central New Jersey for ten years before moving to North Carolina. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of the North Carolina Pediatric Society.

Dr. Leidecker joined CCPN as a Regional Medical Director in 2022. She also serves on the CCPN Pediatric Quality Committee.
